London, June 16 -- Serena and Venus Williams will team up to play in the Wimbledon 2026 women's doubles tournament after being awarded a wildcard entry by the SW19 organisers in London.
The sisters, who won London 2012 tennis gold together at the All England Club, have won the Wimbledon women's doubles title six times.
They last won the grass-court Grand Slam in 2016, and they will reunite after Serena made her competitive comeback following four years away in the women's doubles at Queen's Club earlier this month.
Wimbledon organisers announced a range of wildcard entries on Tuesday, with the Grand Slam starting later this month on June 29.
