Imphal, May 28 -- A three-day National Seminar on "Environmental Sustainability and Traditional Knowledge Systems in North-East India: Practices, Challenges and Prospects" was inaugurated on Thursday at the Auditorium of Khongnangthaba University (KHU), Imphal.
Dr. T. Brajakumar Singh, Director of the Directorate of Environment and Climate Change, Government of Manipur, graced the occasion as Chief Guest. Prof. (Dr.) Ng. Iboyaima Singh, Dean of the College of Food Technology, Central Agricultural University, Imphal, attended as Guest of Honour. The function was presided over by Dr. Aribam Guneshwor Sharma, Member Secretary of the Science Club and Dean and Director of AYUSH, Khongnangthaba University.
