Shillong, March 24 -- Seeti, India's boldest new culinary collective, is set to host its much-anticipated second chapter in Meghalaya, bringing together some of India's most exciting chefs, storytellers, creators, and cultural voices for an immersive experience.

The six-day event, which will kick-start from March 26 to 31, aims to position Meghalaya at the centre of India's evolving food narrative, with a focus on indigenous ingredients, community-led traditions, and immersive cultural experiences.
