Hyderabad, March 31 -- Stressing that Gram Sabhas must truly reflect the voice of the people, Telangana Panchayat Raj, Women and Child Welfare Minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka on Tuesday directed officials to ensure active participation of villagers, transparency in proceedings, and identification of development needs at the grassroots level.

The Minister issued these directions while holding a video conference with District Panchayat Officers to review the implementation of a 99-day statewide action plan under the "Praja Palana Pragathi Pranalika" (People's Governance and Progress Plan).
