Hyderabad, April 30 -- Telangana Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, Women and Child Welfare Minister Danasari Anasuya Seethakka on Thursday participated in a Congress Seva Dal programme being held at the Nampally Exhibition Grounds, where she was accorded a ceremonial guard of honour by Seva Dal volunteers.

During the event, the Minister also spun yarn on a traditional charkha, symbolising adherence to Gandhian values.

Addressing the gathering, she described the Congress Seva Dal as a disciplined organisation rooted in the ideals of Mahatma Gandhi and committed to the philosophy of non-violence.
