New Delhi, March 10 -- M Nagaraju, secretary, Department of Financial Services (DFS) on Monday chaired a review meeting to monitor the progress in top Insolvency and Bankruptcy (IBC) cases pending for admission and resolution at NCLT, an official statement said here.
During this high-level meeting, a detailed review of the top twenty accounts pending for admission and ten accounts pending for resolution was undertaken for early expedition of pending cases.
Banks were advised to take a collaborative approach in the resolution of pending cases for asset value maximisation, improving recoveries, and ensuring time-bound objectives.
