Imphal, March 8 -- Security forces carried out two successful operations on Saturday leading to the arrest of two active militants in separate incidents, police said on Sunday.
In the first operation, security personnel arrested an active cadre from Aihang village along the Indo-Burma Sugnu Road.
The arrested individual was reportedly involved in a kidnapping case registered at Waikhong Police Station in Kakching district. Police stated that further investigation is underway.
