Imphal, March 6 -- Security forces arrested a self-styled Captain of a militant outfit in Bishnupur district on Friday while Manipur Police organised awareness programmes in Imphal West district in connection with the ongoing Yaoshang festival.
Meanwhile, in connection with the ongoing Yaoshang festival, Manipur Police organised awareness programmes in Imphal West district on the theme of crime against women and children at Konthoujam Makha Leikai and Lamboi Khongnangkhong l.
