Chennai, Jan. 22 -- The seat sharing talks among the constituents in the NDA in Tamil Nadu for the upcoming assembly poll gained momentum with Prime Minister Narendra Modi scheduled to kick off the alliance poll campaign at a massive rally tomorrow at Madurantakam, about 100 km south of Chennai.
