Lucknow, July 18 -- With the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections approaching, differences between the Samajwadi Party (SP) and Congress over seat sharing have begun to surface, with both parties publicly exchanging remarks that political observers see as a strategy to strengthen their positions ahead of negotiations on alliance.
