Kollam, Aug. 7 -- Search operations for missing fisherman Gautam Krishna of Neendakara have been intensified, with drone-assisted surveillance added to the rescue efforts, Kerala Forest and Wildlife Minister Shibu Baby John said on Friday.
The Minister, who visited Gautam Krishna's mother, Reshma, said the Indian Coast Guard, Coastal Police and other government agencies are carrying out an extensive search operation.
He added that the Indian Navy has expressed its readiness to deploy all available resources, including helicopters, to assist in the search.
