Nagpur, Oct. 23 -- The Solar Defence & Aerospace Ltd (SDAL) company has planned to invest approximately Rs 12,780 crore for setting up a large-scale defence and aerospace manufacturing facility here.
Giving a significant boost to Maharashtra's defence and aerospace sector, the Maharashtra Airport Development Company Limited (MADC) has handed over a Provisional Letter of Allotment to Solar Defence and Aerospace Limited (SDAL) for 223 acres of land in the MIHAN Special Economic Zone (SEZ) at Nagpur.
Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis formally handed over the provisional allotment letter to company chairman Satyanarayan Nuwal at a ceremony held in Nagpur.
