Hyderabad, Feb. 23 -- Aiming at facilitating door to door service of parcel booking and delivery to the Rail users, the South Central Railway( SCR) thr launch First-of-Its-Kind 'Rail Parcel App' during the conclave on 'Rail Parcel Logistics' to be held here on Feb 25.
Hyderabad Division, will be the first on Indian Railways to implement this Pilot Project, SCR Chief Public Relations Officer A. Sridhar said in a release here on Monday.
SCR General Manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, will grace the occasion as Chief Guest and will launch the App, a first of its kind initiative on Indian Railways aimed at providing seamless door to door parcel booking and delivery service for customers opting to transport parcels through trains.
