Hyderabad, May 16 -- South Central Railway (SCR) on Friday organised a curtain raiser ceremony for World Environment Day-2026 at Rail Nilayam, Secunderabad, under the theme "Climate Change - Focusing on the Challenges to Mother Earth".
SCR General Manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava administered the Environmental Pledge and led a signature campaign during the programme. Principal Heads of Departments, Railway Protection Force personnel and railway staff participated in the event and expressed commitment towards environmental protection.
