Hyderabad, July 15 -- South Central Railway (SCR) General Manager Sanjay Kumar Srivastava on Wednesday inspected the newly commissioned Sitafalmandi-Lallaguda chord line, which is expected to reduce both travel distance and journey time for trains operating between Kazipet and Kacheguda.
Accompanied by Hyderabad Divisional Railway Manager Santosh Kumar Verma and other senior officials, Srivastava inspected passenger amenities, station premises, signalling systems and safety equipment at Sitafalmandi station before undertaking a trolley inspection of the newly commissioned section.
