Jammu, May 26 -- Asserting that science today influences every field, Director, CSIR-IIIM Jammu, Dr. Zabeer Ahmed on Monday said that scientific thinking is essential not only for research but also for dealing with challenges in everyday life.
He encouraged students to adopt a scientific temperament, remain open to learning from failures and successes, and contribute towards the country's scientific and technological growth.
Science today influences every field, ranging from healthcare and biotechnology to space research and resource management, he said and urged students to actively participate in the nation's innovation ecosystem.
