Lucknow, Sept. 23 -- Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav has demanded that the Supreme Court take suo motu cognisance of media reports claiming two Election Commissioners raised 14 objections over SIR with the CEC.
In a tweet on Wednesday, Yadav wrote, "It is extremely serious news that in the last 10 months, two ECs have lodged their objections 14 times to the Election Commission's incorrect decisions."He further said, "This clearly means that all Election Commissioners are failing to perform their duties properly.
