New Delhi, Jan. 27 -- The Supreme Court on Tuesday sought a response from the State of Uttar Pradesh on the question of repugnancy between provisions of the Uttar Pradesh Gangsters and Anti-Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986 and Section 111 (organised crime) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS).
