New Delhi, July 21 -- A High-Powered Committee (HPC) constituted by the Supreme Court has invited suggestions and representations from the public and stakeholders on issues related to the Aravalli Hills and Ranges, said the officials from the Environment Ministry on Tuesday.
The committee has sought inputs from residents, environmentalists, NGOs, farmers, mining lease holders, local communities and other interested persons from Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Gujarat and other states concerned, the statement noted.
