New Delhi, Feb. 20 -- The Supreme Court on Friday rejected a PIL seeking a broad direction restraining authorities from permitting the construction or naming of any mosque in the name of Babur or Babri Masjid anywhere in India.
A Division Bench comprising Justices Vikram Nath and Sandeep Mehta refused to entertain the matter.
