Nagpur, Sept. 20 -- SBL Energy, a private manufacturer of industrial explosives and defence products in Maharashtra's Nagpur district, today said it will introduce SCOUT, an AI-powered CCTV analytics solution, to strengthen workplace safety and minimise risks.
The company, located in Katol tehsil, said the system will enable proactive safety monitoring by detecting violations such as missing protective gear, unsafe mobile use, unauthorised entry, blocked emergency exits, forklift movement in walkways, and early signs of fire or gas leaks.
The announcement comes weeks after a blast at a private explosives factory in Bazargaon, Nagpur, killed one worker and injured 14 others.
