Pune, May 25 -- In the defamation case filed against Congress leader and Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi in a special MP-MLA court here, complainant Satyaki Savarkar, grandnephew of freedom fighter Vinayak Damodar Savarkar, on Monday submitted an application seeking issue of non-bailable warrants against some other concerned persons.
According to the complainant, the court's orders were deliberately not complied with and there has been a failure to cooperate with the judicial process. The complainant's side has also stated that a previous application seeking issuance of warrants against the some other concerned persons, has been pending since March 17, 2026.
