New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- Former World No. 1 men's doubles pair of Satwiksairaj Rankireddy and Chirag Shetty reached the BWF China Masters semifinals for the fourth consecutive edition after defeating second seeds Kim Astrup and Anders Skaarup Rasmussen of Denmark 21-13, 16-21, 21-18 in a 70-minute quarterfinal at the Shenzhen Arena today.
The fourth-seeded Indians made a flying start, racing to an 11-4 lead at the mid-game interval. They continued to control the opening game and, despite some resistance from the Danes in the latter stages, wrapped it up 21-13 in around 16 minutes.
