Chennai, March 23 -- Nearly six years after the custodial deaths of father and son duo at Sathankulam in the southern Thoothukudi district of Tamil Nadu that shook the entire nation, the First Additional District and Sessions Court in Madurai on Monday found all the nine accused police personnel guilty and convicted them in the sensational case.
Delivering the verdict in the case pertaining to the 2020 custodial deaths case of trader P. Jayaraj and his son J. Benicks at Sathankulam, Judge G. Muthukumaran convicted all the nine cops after finding them guilty.
