Mumbai, July 19 -- In a blistering escalation of the ongoing war of words within Maharashtra's political theater, Shiv Sena (UBT) Member of Parliament Sanjay Raut has launched a ferocious assault on Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and the central government, by comparing the current state of governance to a "dictatorship," he accused the ruling coalition of engaging in "political serial killing", asserting that the current administration's survival hinges on the erosion of democratic ethics.
