Vikarabad, Feb. 21 -- Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President and MLC Mahesh Kumar Goud on Saturday described Sangathan Srujan as a historic programme that would play a key role in building quality leadership and strengthening the Congress party across the country.
Addressing party leaders here, Goud said the Sangathan Srujan initiative would help instil Congress ideology among the people and bring organisational change from the booth level to the national level.
He said the selection of new District Congress Committee (DCC) presidents was only the beginning of a larger reform process within the party.
