New Delhi, July 4 -- India wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson has revealed how one decision by his father completely changed the course of his cricket career, recalling that the family moved from Delhi to Kerala after he repeatedly failed to break into Delhi's highly competitive age-group system.

Samson, who was one of India's standout performers during their victorious T20 World Cup campaign earlier this year, is currently going through a lean patch with the bat. He managed scores of five and zero in the T20I series against Ireland before making just one run in the rain-hit first T20I against England in Durham.
