Patna, Sept. 4 -- Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary on Friday congratulated the scientists and the entire team of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) for the successful launch of the GSLV-F17/EOS-05 mission from Sriharikota.
