Mathura, Sept. 10 -- Saint Sachchidanand Maharaj, who announced a 'kar seva' on December 6 next at the mosque near the Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi in Mathura, has received a death threat from Pakistan.
The saint, head of the Chitragupta Peeth, received a WhatsApp call from a Pakistani number. The caller warned him to back off from his kar seva announcement, saying, "Or else we will build a samadhi for you."According to the saint here on Thursday, he first received a missed call from a number starting with 92. About 10 minutes later, two more calls were made from the same number.
Threatening audio messages were also sent. The saint stated that he was not intimidated by threats and would report the matter to the police and pursue legal action....
