Moscow, April 25 (Sputnik/UNI) Russia will take into account "even the theoretical" possibility of nuclear weapons appearing on Finnish territory in its military planning, the Russian Embassy in Helsinki told RIA Novosti.On Thursday, the Finnish government has submitted to parliament an initiative to amend the nuclear energy law and the criminal code, which would repeal the current ban on the importation, manufacture, storage, and use of nuclear weapons on Finnish territory."One doesn't have to be a military expert to understand that even the theoretical possibility of nuclear weapons appearing on Finnish territory will be taken into account in Russian military planning. We hope Helsinki is aware of this," the embassy said.
