Moscow, Oct. 23 -- Russia has condemned the US' actions in the Caribbean against Venezuelan vessels, after its navy downed another ship which Washington alleged was carrying narcotics, killing 34 people.
Affirming its full support to Caracas, Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Thursday that the priority is to avoid any further escalation, adding that missile strikes against civilian vessels in international waters, is a blatant violation of maritime navigation laws.
