Moscow/Washington, July 9 -- Reiterating its warning to the United States, Russia has said that Washington's move to resume weapons supplies to Ukraine will only further prolong the war and risk "uncontrolled escalation" of conflict, closing rooms for diplomatic engagement, reports state media TASS.
The statement comes amid the US' move to resume its weapon supplies to Kyiv after they had to stop them due to a decline in domestic stockpile, as well as the Pentagon's strategic shift to West Asia.
The supply includes an urgent consignment of the Patriot MIM-104 interceptor missiles for the Patriot missile defence system, guided multiple launch rocket system (GMLRS) rockets, Hellfire missiles, Stinger man-portable air-defence systems, ...
