Mumbai, Oct. 20 -- US Secretary of State Marco Rubio will arrive in Mumbai on Tuesday afternoon with a large business delegation as part of his official visit to India following his visit to Uzbekistan.
Rubio is scheduled to meet External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar this afternoon for bilateral discussions on key areas, including trade, defence, security, technology and critical minerals, amid continuing strains in India-US relations.
During his visit, the US Secretary of State will also pay tribute to the victims of the November 2008 Mumbai terror attacks at the Taj Memorial inside the Taj Mahal Palace hotel, one of the prominent sites targeted during the terror strikes.
