He highlighted the "historic bond" shared between the United States and India, noting ongoing collaboration in areas such as defense, energy, critical minerals, and emerging technologies.
In an official press statement, he emphasised that engagement between the two nations is "multi-layered," through the Quadrilateral Security Dialogue (QUAD), and stressed that the US-India partnership has delivered tangible benefits for both nations and the wider Indo-Pacific region.
