Bhubaneswar, June 1 -- Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) has revived the production of American Petroleum Institute (API)-grade pipes after a gap of 12 years, marking a major achievement in product development and market expansion by its Electric Resistance Welded (ERW) Pipe Plant.
RSP sources on Monday said the ERW Pipe Plant concluded the fiscal year 2025-26 with several notable milestones, reinforcing its capability to manufacture high-specification pipes for critical infrastructure sectors.
