Shimla, Feb. 17 -- Chief Minister Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu stated that the construction of the underground utility duct from Chhota Shimla to Willy Park Choura Maidan is being executed in a phased and technically regulated manner.
Replying to a query raised by the I D Lakhan Pal in the question hour Chief Minister clarified that there is no risk of land subsidence as all safety protocols are being strictly adhered to and proper drainage arrangements are being ensured at every stage of execution.
