Srinagar, June 16 -- In a step towards strengthening disaster preparedness and response capabilities in Jammu and Kashmir, Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU), J&K Campus, Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Jammu and Kashmir State Disaster Response Force (JKSDRF).
Officials said the collaboration is aimed at bringing together the academic expertise of RRU and the operational experience of JKSDRF to enhance training, research, and capacity-building in the field of disaster management.
