Nagoya, Sept. 23 -- Indian wushu star Roshibina Devi Naorem moved a step closer to completing her Asian Games medal collection as she stormed into the women's 60kg Sanda final with a 2-0 victory over Indonesia's Thania Kusumaningtyas here on Wednesday.
The victory assured Roshibina of at least a silver medal and made her a three-time Asian Games medallist. She had won bronze at Jakarta 2018 and silver at Hangzhou 2023.
The Manipuri will now face China's Zhang Xiaoyu in Thursday's gold-medal bout, with Roshibina seeking to go one better than her silver-winning performance at Hangzhou and claim her maiden Asian Games gold.
