Mumbai, April 16 -- Mumbai Indians will be without senior batsman Rohit Sharma for a couple of matches, skipper Hardik Pandya confirmed, even as Punjab Kings won the toss and elected to bowl first in their IPL clash here on Thursday.
Hardik said Mumbai would have preferred to bowl first too but termed it a "good toss to lose", stressing the need to convert key moments into match-winning passages.
"We would have loved to bowl first as well, but yeah, good toss to lose. Time to play some good cricket, time to get that win. We have played decent cricket, but in a couple of overs we have not been able to capitalise and have been losing those big moments. We need to make sure we keep winning those little battles," he said.
