Pune, May 23 -- NCP-SP MLA Rohit Pawar has been appointed as the North Divisional Chairman of Rayat Shikshan Sanstha, he announced through a social media post.
Pawar had been serving as a member of the institution for the last six years and has now been entrusted with the responsibility of leading the North Division.
Expressing gratitude over his appointment, Rohit Pawar said that it was an honor to work for an institution founded by Karmaveer Bhaurao Patil with the aim of bringing children from the Bahujan community into the mainstream of education.
He thanked senior leader Sharad Pawar and other office-bearers of the institution for placing their trust in him.
