Mumbai, Feb. 26 -- NCP (Ajit Pawar faction) MLAs Rohit Pawar and Amol Mitkari announced on Wednesday that they will file a criminal complaint at Marine Drive Police Station here against the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) "over the delay in taking action against the VSR aviation company".
Despite serious questions being raised about VSR Company in connection with the plane crash, Rohit Pawar alleged that immediate action was not taken. He stated that the delay in initiating proceedings against the company has prompted them to seek legal action.
