Visakhapatnam, April 9 -- : Visakhapatnam MP, M Sribharat, on Thursday, said that road connectivity projects being jointly executed by VMRDA, GVMC, and the Roads & Buildings Department are progressing at a fast pace.
Addressing the media after inspecting the ongoing construction of key approach roads leading to the Bhogapuram International Airport, along with VMRDA Chairman Pranav Gopal and Commissioner Tej Bharat, Sribharat noted that the 6.3-km stretch from Thimmapuram to Marikavalasa is nearing completion, while the six-lane road from Adavivaram to Shonthyam is set to become a key connectivity corridor for the city.
