Patna, May 18 -- The Janata Dal (United) today alleged that leaders of the Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) are "frustrated" by the growing popularity of Bihar Health Minister Nishant Kumar and have resorted to making personal remarks against him.
JD(U) Chief State Spokesperson and MLC Neeraj Kumar, along with party spokespersons Nihora Prasad Yadav and Anjum Ara, said here that Nishant Kumar joined the party following persistent demands from party workers, and his induction has infused fresh energy into the organisation.
They claimed that the acceptance Nishant Kumar is receiving among the masses has unsettled RJD leaders, leading to "irrational and baseless statements" driven by political anxiety.
