Patna, July 6 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief spokesperson Shakti Singh Yadav on Monday expressed confidence that his party would win the upcoming Bankipur Assembly by-election.
Yadav said here that the party had stepped up its preparations following the issuance of the election notification. He noted that the RJD candidate had secured around 50,000 votes in the previous Assembly election, which, he said, reflected the party's growing influence in the constituency.
