Siliguri, April 30 -- union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs and Minority Affairs Kiren Rijiju arrived in Sikkim on Thursday on an official visit focused on reviewing developmental initiatives and participating in a series of official engagements in Mangan district.
The union Minister, accompanied by noted singer Mohit Chauhan, landed at Bagdogra Airport in the morning before proceeding to Sikkim.
During the visit, Rijiju is scheduled to attend official programmes, hold meetings with state officials and undertake field inspections in Mangan district as part of an assessment of ongoing developmental and administrative initiatives in the region.
