Sultanpur, May 21 -- A revision petition has been filed in the defamation case related to Congress MP and leader of the opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, in the Sultanpur court on Thursday.
The defamation case stems from a 2018 complaint filed against Rahul Gandhi for allegedly making objectionable remarks against union Home Minister Amit Shah at a press conference.
The counsel for BJP leader Vijay Mishra has filed a revision petition in the Sessions Court, challenging an order issued by the lower court.
