Una(HP), March 29 -- To ensure effective control over illegal mining and unregulated transportation within the district, new directives have been issued by amending previously issued orders regarding licensed mining activities.
The decision has been taken under Section 163 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, based on the recommendation of the Police Department.
According to the amended orders by District Magistrate of Una, Jatin Lal, a complete ban will be imposed on all mining-related activities between 7:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Conversely, activities such as mining, excavation, and loading may only be conducted between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
