Hyderabad, June 3 -- Telangana Revenue, Housing and Information & Public Relations Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy on Wednesday said the revised land market values across the state would come into effect from June 5.
In a statement, the Minister said the revision was undertaken scientifically and rationally following extensive field-level studies, consultations with senior officials and recommendations made by economic expert Arvind Subramanian, in line with the vision of Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy.
He stated that the revised values were determined after examining regional market conditions, registration volumes, open market prices and disparities between actual market rates and government-fixed values.
