Return of two top Maoist leaders to mainstream society is moral victory for policy adopted by Telangana police: DGP

Hyerabad, Oct. 28 -- Telangana Director General of Police B.Shivadhar Reddy today said the return to mainstream society of two seniormost Maoist leaders of CPI (Maoist) - Pulluri Prasad Rao alias Chandranna, a very senior Central Committee Member (CCM), and Bandi Prakaksh alias Prabhat, a State Committee Member (SCM), is a moral victory for the holistic and comprehensive policy adopted by the Telangana police regarding tackling the Maoist menace.

Both Maoist leaders surrendered before the DGP after more than four decades of underground life.
