Shimla, Feb. 19 -- : Intensifying its campaign against the growing menace of Chitta, Shimla District Police have detained a habitual drug offender under the provisions of the Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1988 (PIT NDPS Act).
The accused, Gagan Bhushan, son of late Shri Shishu Pal, resident of Village Bejori, Post Office Seema, Tehsil Rohru, District Shimla, has been placed under preventive detention for three months.
